Coating and Membrane Inspection Services

Our services have been called upon to assist property management teams, builders, civil contractors, body corporate strata groups, private owners, and waterproofing contractors. These services are integral to their quality control procedures during the build process and in assessing existing installations for water ingress into structures or between levels.

We have been involved in various schemes, including Kindergarten, Aged Care, Residential, Corporate Offices, Factories, Retail, and major infrastructure projects. Notable projects include Victoria’s Big Build’s North East Link and the Metro Trains Metro Tunnels projects, where we provided critical services for our clients.

Integri-test was founded by our Principal Consultant, who has over 30 years of experience in Surveying, Estimating, Project Management, and Operational Management, with a focus on remediation markets such as Waterproofing, Heritage Facades, Concrete Repair, Industrial Resin Applications, and Resin Injection. After working primarily in the UK on projects across Europe and Asia, and later in Australia from 2012, we established an independent consulting support business. Since early 2020, we have been proudly involved in projects on behalf of private clients, manufacturers, architects, builders, and applicators.

Our Principal Consultant is a qualified Coatings Inspector holding CIP Level 2 and CCI Level 2 certifications from the Association of Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP) and the Nationally recognised qualification in Construction Waterproofing. This certification reflects our commitment to providing informed, effective, and comprehensive inspection services to the coatings and waterproofing markets.

Integri-test is led by our Principal Consultant and Managing Director, who has extensive experience in the industry. He began his career as a draughtsperson at a UK-based chartered engineering practice and later worked as a technical officer for British Rail before entering the specialist construction industry. Over the next 15+ years, he provided solutions in Structural Waterproofing, Concrete Repair, Heritage, Thermal Improvement, and Structural Strengthening for leading UK Specialist Contractors, serving Asset Managers, Utility Companies, Private Clients, and Government departments. 

Our Principal's extensive UK waterproofing experience, including work under BS 8102 for preventing water ingress in below-ground structures, spans major projects such as Heathrow T5 tunnels, the London Underground, road and rail tunnels in the UK, Europe, and Asia, as well as water reservoirs, treatment plants, hotels, hospitals, commercial properties, and private homes.
